The South Texas Project has requested Nuclear Regulatory Commission approval of an alternative to the requirements of ASME Section Xl for examination of containment concrete and unbonded post-tensioning systems (referenced above). However, the South Texas Project is no longer pursuing approval of the proposed change. Therefore, the South Texas Project withdraws RR-ENG-37 from further consideration.
