Re: Fwd: Davis Besse Restart Questions I believe that we could answer this question as part of the "completeness and accuracy" inspection that we are planning. We have heard from Fenoc during a public meeting about how they let their response effort to the 50.54(f) letter languish.

- Jack, I received this e-mail containing a concern (re: Davis-Besse's 50.54f response) and an excerpt from an old inspection report from Jim Riccio after I returned a phone call for Sam Collins today. Jim would like an answer to the question of whether we're going to address Davis-Besse's "failure to satisfy the 50.54f requirement or their design basis before we allow them to restart. He says he's talked to you about this already.
I haven't provided him an answer, but I feel we should respond to his concern. Please call me (or Margie Kotzalas in my absence next week) about this.
