.- I Attachment NOC-AE-03001583 Page 1 of 2 STP NUCLEAR OPERATING COMPANY SEMI-ANNUAL FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REPORT January 1, 2003 through June 30, 2003 During the first performance period of 2003, the STPNOC FFD Program conducted a total of 1399 FFD screening tests that resulted in 17 positive test results. Sixteen positives were comprised of short-term contractors. The other positive was a licensee employee. STPNOC conducted 533 random tests resulting in a random testing rate of 64% of the average annual population as of June 30, 2003.* STP tests at an annual random testing rate of 50%.

STPNOC did not have any 10CFR26.73 reportable events during the performance period.
