This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Tim E. Abney, of your staff and Mr. Scott M. Shaeffer, of this office on August 7, 2003, concerning a management meeting, Public Meeting Category 1, for September 2, 2003, at 1:00 p.m., EDT. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss TVAs Browns Ferry Operating Performance for Unit 2 and 3 and is being conducted at your request. The location of the meeting will be at the Region II Office, Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth Street, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia, in Suite 24T65. The meeting will be an open meeting in accordance with "NRCs Policy Statement for Enhancing Public Participation in NRC meeting", May 28, 2002.
