50.54(q) Submittal of the UCDIMNRC Emergency Plan The UCD/MNRC Emergency Plan changes are being submitted in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(q) requirements. These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan, and the plan as submitted continues to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix E. The UCD/MNRC Emergency Plan changes are as follows:
- 1. Permanent MOU was established with the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District.
- 2. As a result of the transition from SAIC to UCD, the position titles have changed.
