In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(5), enclosed is Revision 22 of the Ginna Station Emergency Nuclear Emergency Response Plan (NERP).
We have determined, per the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(q), that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of our Nuclear Emergency Response Plan.
