Dear Mr. Adams:

This letter is to inform you that Paul S. Hobbs has resigned his position as Reactor Manager from the University of Missouri Research Reactor effective July 12Y 2003.

Mr. Les Foyto has been serving as the Interim Reactor Manager since Mr. Hobbs' leave of absence in January 2003. It is with great pleasure that I can announce that Mr. Foyto has been offered and he has accepted the position of Reactor Manager effective August 1, 2003.

Mr. Foyto has been with MURR since February 1988, receiving his Reactor Operator's License in September 1988 and his Senior Reactor Operators license in February 1990.

Mr. Foyto was promoted to Assistant Reactor Manager, Engineering in October 2000.

With Mr. Foyto's many years of experience and working knowledge of MURR, I feel sure that he will continue to be a valuable asset to this facility as the Reactor Manager.

Mr. Foyto will be under the direct supervision of Mr. Walt Meyer, Interim Chief Operating Officer, and will work closely with the other senior managers of this facility.
