DONALD C. COOK NUCLEAR POWER PLANT RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION [NRC OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS REPORT NO. 3-2002-013]
Dear Mr. Bakken:
This acknowledges receipt of your letters dated June 16, 2003, and July 2, 2003, in response to our letter dated May 16, 2003, transmitting a Notice of Violation and NRC Office of Investigations (OI) Report Synopsis associated with the subject OI investigation.
We have reviewed your corrective actions and have no further questions at this time. These corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs document system (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
