Notice of Extension to File Petitioners' Reply Brief in California Public Utilities Commission, et al. v. U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, (Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals No. 02-772735)
Dear Counsel:
On behalf of the California Public Utilities Commission and the County of San Luis Obispo, Petitioners in the above-captioned matter, I hereby notify you that after contacting each of your offices by telephone earlier today, the undersigned called the Clerk's office of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and in accordance with Ninth Circuit Rule 31-2.2, made an oral request for a 14-day extension to file Petitioners' Reply Brief in the above-captioned matter.
After briefly discussing this request with the undersigned, the Clerk's office granted the requested extension and informed the undersigned that the new deadline for the filing of Petitioners' Reply Brief was March 10, 2003.
