SUMMARY

BELL (803) 345-4389 June 2003 At 17:40 on 06/11/03 the B Reheater Drain Tank level transmitter (ILT0371 5A) failed high causing the tank to isolate and the 1 B feedwater heater to trip. Reactor power was reduced in accordance with AOP-204.1 and stabilized at 92%. The level transmitter was repaired and full power was restored at 15:05 on 06/12/03. On 06/21/03 at 00:44 power was reduced to 98% to perform torquing of the connectors on similar transmitters in the secondary plant. This maintenance was completed and full power restored at 16:21 on 06/21/03. V. C.

Summer Station operated at 100% power at all other times during the month of June.
