CONFIRMATION OF INITIAL/REQUALIFICATION OPERATOR LICENSE EXAMINATIONS: PALISADES NUCLEAR STATION
Dear Mr. Cooper,
In a telephone conversation on June 19, 2003, between Mr. D. McNeil of my staff and Mr. D.
Hensley, Senior Nuclear Instructor, it was confirmed that the Palisades Nuclear Station has not requested an initial license examination during the calendar year 2004. Mr. Hensley confirmed that the week of January 19, 2004, scheduled for the biennial requalification program inspection (IP 71111.11B), was still within the anticipated requalification examination administration cycle.
Please inform us at your earliest opportunity if you discover you need to change the scheduled requalification examination dates. If you have any questions concerning this information, please contact Mr. C. Phillips of my staff at 630-829-9739.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
