Use the 4xxx extension and dial "191V to access the conference line. Transmit the Emergency Notification Report every hour on the 'S hour.

(Example: 0630, 0730, 0830, etc.).

If the MOC Communicator does not answer Immediately, do not wait, transmit your-message to the Emergency Agencies.
