13 This Court having stayed all proceedings in the trial on confirmation of the 14 competing plans of reorganization filed herein; and the proponents of the competing plans-15 Pacific Gas and Electric Company ("PG&E"), PG&E Corporation (together with PG&E, the 16 "PG&E Proponents"), the staff of the California Public Utilities Commission (the 17 "Commission") and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "OCC")-having 18 reached an agreement for the settlement of outstanding disputes concerning the competing 19 plans,' the terms of which shall be reflected in a Plan of Reorganization Under Chapter 11 of 20 the Bankruptcy Code For Pacific Gas and Electric Company proposed by Pacific Gas and 21 Electric Company, PG&E Corporation and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors 22 (the "Joint Plan"); and the PG&E Proponents and the OCC (collectively, the "Joint Plan 23 Proponents") having represented to this Court that the Joint Plan and a Disclosure Statement 24 for Plan of Reorganization Under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code For Pacific Gas and 25 Electric Company Proposed by Pacific Gas and Electric Company and PG&E Corporation 26 27
'Such agreement is subject to, among other things, review and a public hearing process 28 by the Commission.
