Nuclear Regulatory Commission ATTN: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555-0001 PALISADES PLANT DOCKET 50-255 LICENSE DPR-20 PALISADES NUCLEAR PLANT SECURITY PLAN, REVISION 48 Enclosed are two attachments that comprise Revision 48 of the Palisades Nuclear Plant Security Plan. Attachment I contains a description of and justification for the changes included in Revision 48. Attachment 2 contains one original and three copies of the revised pages of the Plan.
Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) has determined that the changes contained in Revision 48 do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Palisades Plant Security Plan. Accordingly, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
Information contained in the attachments to this document has been classified as Safeguards Information. Therefore, NMC requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21 (c).
