2002 SG Inspection Report for Braidwood Unit 2 In reference to the above report, the staff would like to discuss with the following questions.

1) A visual inspection of the secondary side tubesheet region was conducted in each of the four steam generators during the 2002 outage. Please discuss the results of this inspection. This discussion should address whether any loose parts were identified, the source of any loose parts, the effect the parts had on any tubes, and a discussion of whether the loose parts were removed from the steam generator.

2) If the parts were not removed, please discuss any tube integrity implications.
