Predecisional Enforcement Conference to discuss: (1) an apparent violation of NRC FFD requirements regarding a failure to take action regarding detection of alcohol on a plant employee; (2) an apparent violation including inaccurate information provided to an OI investigator regarding the FFD concern noted above; and (3) a potential chilling effect at any NMC site caused by the FFD issue referenced above. This meeting is not open for public observation because it involves an investigation report that is not publicly available.
