FORT CALHOUN STATION REQUEST FOR RELIEF (TAC NO. MB8911)
TAC No. MB8911 was opened in preparation for a conference call with the Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) to discuss its need for relief from the ASME Code for a repaired leak with the flaw left in place in a pressurizer temperature nozzle. The call was a result of the discovery during the staffs review of OPPDs license renewal that no relief request, as required by the ASME Code, had been submitted for the repair of this leak with the flaw left in place.
