Transrnittal of WCAP-14936, "Code Qualification Document for Best Estimate Small Break LOCA Analysis," Revision 0, August 2001 (Proprietary) and WCAP-14936-NP, Revision 0, April 2003 (Non-Proprietary)
In the reference letter, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc., (the licensee) requested that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review WCAP-14936, Revision 0 for the Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit No. 2. Westinghouse submitted an affidavit in AW-03-1595 requesting that WCAP-14936 be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (IOCFR)
Section 2.790.
Mr. Patrick D. Milano, Senior Project Manager, Section 1, Project Directorate I, has requested Westinghouse to provide two additional copies of WCAP-14936 and to prepare and provide four copies of WCAP-14936-NP in support of the NRC review effort. Please find enclosed the copies requested of both documents.
