Mark, We got a side view in the handouts while we were in Lynchburg. Bill should have a copy. The trick is figuring out where the nozzle went.

I would still appreciate an e-copy of the reference from which the images in the attached document were taken. Also, i am particularly interested to see if this reference, or any other available reference, includea a size-view photo of the dental impression that better shows the "nose".
