SUMMARY
REPORTS FOR 2001 OUTAGE (TAC NO. MB7505)
Dear Mr. Scalice:
In letters dated November 20, 2001, February 11, 2002, February 13, 2002, March 25, 2002, and October 25, 2002, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) submitted steam generator tube inspection reports for their 2001 tube inspection at Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Unit 1 (SQN1) to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). These inspection reports were submitted in accordance with the SQN1 Technical Specifications.
Based on a review of the material provided by TVA, the NRC staff concludes that the licensee provided sufficient information and that there are not any issues that warrant additional follow-up at this time. No formal summary of the NRC staff review was prepared since TVA was in the process of replacing the SQN1 steam generators during the time of the review and no issues were identified.
