Paragraph 14 of the Lumsden Declaration states: "Attached hereto as Exhibit "5", is a copy of the Declaration of Clara Yang Strand, executed on, in support of the Sixth Interim Application of FTI Consulting." However, the Lumsden Declaration was inadvertently filed without the Declaration of Clara Yang Strand (the "Strand Declaration").

Attached as Exhibit "I" hereto, and incorporated herein as though set forth in full, is a copy of the Strand Declaration which was executed by Ms. Strand on May 15, 2003.

Also, the Lumsden Declaration was inadvertently filed without Mr.

I am employed by Bank of America, N.A., one of the members of the 3

Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors ("Committee") in the Pacific Gas and Electric 4

Company ("PG&E") chapter 11 bankruptcy case. I am one of the two Co-Chairs of the

.5 Committee. Except as otherwise stated, I have personal knowledge of the facts set forth below, 6

and if called upon, I could and would testify competently with regard thereto. I make this 7

declaration in support of the Sixth Interim Application of FTI Consulting Inc. ("FTI") for 8.

Allowance and Paympent of Coompensation and Reimbursement of Expenses (December 1,'2002 9

I have reviewed the Application, the Declarations of Thomas E. Lumsden 12 filed in support thereof, and FTI's invoices for December 1, 2002 through March 31, 2003.

I believe that the fees and costs requested by FTI for the period of 14 December 1, 2002 through March 31, 2003 are appropriate and reasonable. Based on my 15 experience with FTI, their work on behalf of the Committee has been done in a professional and 1 6 efficient manner. Moreover, all of the work performed by FTI was approved by the Committee.
