Implementation Plan for the Final Policy Statement on Decommissioning Criteria for the West Valley Demonstration Project at the West Valley Site. It is also publicly available on NRCs web site (ML031350099). This plan does not establish legal requirements. It is intended to guide NRC staff actions based on existing requirements. The plan is subject to change during the implementation process.
