Dear Mr. Cayia:
This is to confirm our meeting to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2003, in the NRC Region III Office in Lisle, Illinois. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the reactor vessel head replacements planned for the Kewaunee and Point Beach Nuclear Plants Unit 1 and Unit 2. This meeting was confirmed with H. Hoelschere (Nuclear Management Company Corporate Fleet Manager for the vessel head replacement project) on May 7, 2003. This meeting will be open for public observation.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
