The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the individual examination results for your applicant on the initial written retake examination conducted on May 13, 2003. This letter meets the intent of section E.1 of the Examiner Standards (ES 501) in NUREG 1021. One individual was administered the examination and passed. This information is considered to be "proprietary" in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 and it supplements the information contained in the related examination report for your facility which will be issued shortly. is the completed ES-501-2, Power Plant Licensing Examination Results Summary, and is a summary of overall examination results. contains the individual results ES-303-1, Operator License Examination Report, for the applicant. We also expect that you will review the written exam results and provide appropriate remedial training for the individual independent of the overall pass status.
