Limerick Generating Station Physical Security Plan, Revision 18.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), "Conditions of licenses," Exelon Generation Company, LLC, is submitting changes to Limerick Generating Station Physical Security Plan. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(4), "Security plan and related submittals,"
attached are the original and three (3) copies of Revision 18.
Revision 18 includes the following changes.
The Physical Security Plan has been revised to incorporate changes resulting from a card reader replacement project. Revision 17 describes "magnetic read heads" which no longer apply to the card readers being used at Limerick Generating Station.
Additionally, the Physical Security Plan has been revised to replace generic terminology that has changed as a result of the implementation of standardized security procedures.
As required by 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), we have concluded that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Limerick Generating Station Physical Security Plan.
The changes to the Limerick Generating Station Physical Security Plan were implemented on April 11, 2003. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), these changes shall be reported within 60 days of implementation i.e., June 10, 2003.
