MB2964), Dated August 14, 2001 In accordance with recent discussions with NRC Staff, AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen) hereby withdraws the referenced proposed request to amend Operating License DPR-50, which would have eliminated requirements associated with the Independent Onsite Safety Review Group (IOSRG) from the Three Mile Island Unit 1 Technical Specifications. AmerGen intends to make another submittal to relocate these requirements to a licensee-controlled document.
