Independent Onsite Safety Review Group" (TAC NO. MB2964), Dated August 14, 2001 In accordance with recent discussions with NRC Staff, AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen) hereby withdraws the referenced proposed request to amend Operating License DPR-50, which would have eliminated requirements associated with the Independent Onsite Safety Review Group (IOSRG) from the Three Mile Island Unit 1 Technical Specifications. AmerGen intends to make another submittal to relocate these requirements to a licensee-controlled document.
