- appreciates the opportunity to comment on the NRC's proposed rule, revision of fee Schedules; Fee Recovery for FY 2003 (68 Fed. Reg. 16374)
NMC shares the same concerns that were expressed by NEI letter, dated May 2, 2003, signed by Stephen D. Floyd. We strongly urge the Commission to carefully consider NEl's recommendations and provide greater explanation for its proposed allocations process before promulgating a final rule.
