PERRY NUCLEAR POWER PLANT REPLY TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION DATED MARCH 4, 2003
Dear Mr. Kanda:
This acknowledges receipt of your letter dated April 3, 2003, in response to our letter dated March 4, 2003, transmitting a Notice of Violation.
We have reviewed the corrective actions as described in your letter, and we have no further questions at this time. Your corrective actions will be examined during a future inspection using Inspection Procedure 95001 in accordance with the Action Matrix (Exhibit 5) of NRC Manual Chapter 0305. Current planning has targeted the week of July 28, 2003, for the IP 95001 inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
