FINANCIAL EVALUATION - EXELONS LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR PEACH BOTTOM ATOMIC POWER STATION UNITS 2 and 3 (TAC NOS: MB2017 and MB2018)
By letter dated July 2, 2001, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) submitted a license renewal application for the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Units 2 and 3.
Attached is the Financial Regulatory Analysis Sections (FRASs) evaluation of the financial qualifications of Exelon and the co-owner of the facility, PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG). Exelon and PSEG requested that the financial information submitted in the application, containing financial projections and supporting key assumptions, be withheld from public disclosure. Therefore, we have attached two copies of the evaluation; one copy contains nonproprietary information and the other contains proprietary information.
