Sorry I missed you last Wednesday. Hope you had a good Thanksgiving. I had wanted to give you and Gary Holahan a heads-up on the Point Beach AFW event that occured last December - this event will likely end up as a significant precursor in the FY2002 Performance Report to the Congress.
The SDP and licensee both had agreed that the event is a RED and is in the 1 E-3 range - this is consistent with our ASP analysis result of 4E-3. However, since it will be called a significant precursor, the OCFO may want a writeup of Agency actions at Point Beach - again, I am currently not sure of who wants what and when - this is just a heads-up.
Attached FYI is Gary's memo that resulted from my discussion with him.
