Bill, Here's my first draft I'm so bleary-eyed that I'm not even sure I've found all the places I left [ )s to fill-in later. So, any comments on grammar or clarity would be welcome, as well as the technical revieof the parts you provided.

My branch chief wants to have a meeting of contibutors and reviewers on Tuesday, 8113 at 1 pm. If you can "attend by telephone" that would be helpful. Let me know and I'll provide a number before the meeting.
