Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM PERMIT Indiana Michigan Power Company is the holder of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit M10005827 for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant (CNP).
Section 3.2 of Part II of Appendix B (Environmental Technical Specifications) to Facility Operating Licenses DPR-58 and DPR-74 requires a copy of the application for renewal of the NPDES Permit to be forwarded to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) at the same time the application for renewal is submitted to the permitting agency.
In a letter dated March 28, 2003, CNP submitted its application for renewal of NPDES permit M10005827. In accordance with the Environmental Technical Specifications, a copy of the application is being provided to the NRC as an attachment to this letter.
This letter contains no new commitments.
