In accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, paragraph VI.3.a, this letter transmits changes to the Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) Data Point Library (DPL).- The parameter for determining stability class or air stability at the reactor site has been changed to use the vertical temperature difference between 10 and 60 meters versus the 10 to 85 meter vertical temperature difference. Emergency Response Data System point RDT0005 was deleted. Point RDT0004 was added for the vertical temperature difference between 10 and 60 meters.
The attachment to this letter updates the WCGS ERDS DPL and describes point RDT0004.
This change was implemented March 5, 2003.
