FERMI 2 - CORRECTION TO AMENDMENT NO. 153 REGARDING A ONE-TIME DEFERRAL OF THE PRIMARY CONTAINMENT INTEGRATED LEAK RATE TEST (TAC NO. MB5171)

Dear Mr. OConnor:

On March 27, 2003, the Commission issued Amendment No. 153 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-43 for Fermi 2 to change the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your application dated May 23, 2002, as supplemented December 20, 2002, and February 27, 2003. The changes revised the TSs to allow a one-time deferral of the Type A primary containment integrated leak rate test.

The purpose of this letter is to correct three typographical errors on TS Page 5.0-18, which was issued in Amendment No. 153. In TS 5.5.12.a., the phrase "Rev. O" should have been "Rev. 0," and the word "test" should have been inserted after the words "Type A." Additionally, in TS 5.5.12.d.1.(ii), the word "te" is misspelled (it should have been "the"). Enclosed is corrected TS Page 5.0-18, which reflects these corrections.

This correction letter is consistent with the licensees May 23, 2002, application and the NRC staffs intent. Please replace TS Page 5.0-18 that was issued with Amendment No. 153 with the enclosed corrected page.
