Enclosed are 4 copies of Revision "V" to the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan.
This revision is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p) since it does not degrade physical security effectiveness.
Revision "V", dated March 13, 2003, consists of modifications to the Access Authorization Program regarding the verification of military service in lieu of employment. These changes are made to align with implementing guidance for the January 7th, 2003 Access Authorization Order. In order to facilitate NRC review, changes to the text are highlighted by side-bars located to the left of the revised text.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Information, which should be protected from public disclosure in accordance with Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.

Ginna Station Security Plan Authorized Holders of Security Plan Please find attached Revision "V" to the Ginna Station Security Plan. Revision "V", dated March 13, 2003, consists of modifications to the Access Authorization Program regarding the verification of military service in lieu of employment.
