Dear Mr. Myers:
This letter confirms the discussion between members of our staffs to conduct an NRC inspection exit meeting to discuss the results of a recently completed supplemental inspection of the Davis-Besse radiation protection program that focused on your staffs evaluation of two White performance issues. The meeting will be held April 15, 2003, at 9:00 a.m. (EDT) at the Davis-Besse Administration Buildings Energy Education Center.
We understand that your staff plans a presentation which can follow our summary of the inspection findings. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have an opportunity to communicate to the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
