1112112002 15:08 DSS Midnight Entry Received CAP030209 which reports that I & 2 P-29 TDAFP and P-38A MDAFP mini-recirc valves win 1ad dosed on a loss of DC bus DOI. Current procedures, Operator training, and compensatory actions in place from OPROO0031 rev 3 does not take credit for the AFW pump mini-recirc valves, therefore the three pumps remain operable but non-conforming. A revision to OPROO031 has been requested regarding Va issue and is due at 1508, 11/22/02. Clint Drescher has the lead.
