Revision of Safety Significance Assessment Jon For your information Per our previous discussions on the new information evolving from the lab work on the Nozzle 3 bore cavity, we plan to revise the Safety Significance Assessment (SSA) that was initially submitted to the NRC back on April 8, 2002, with this newer information At the time of this initial submittal of the SSA, the cavity had not been extracted from the head for lab analysis. I do not have a date of the planned submittal as of yet, but wanted to advise you of our plans
