- CATEGORY ONE MEETING CHANGE OF LOCATION AND TIME FOR ANNUAL ASSESSMENT - SURRY POWER STATION, DOCKET NOS. 50-280 AND 50-281
Dear Mr. Christian:
This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. Barry Garber of your staff and Mr. Larry Garner of the NRC staff on March 27, 2003, concerning a change in the location and time of the Annual Assessment Meeting (Category One public meeting) which was provided to you in a letter dated March 12, 2003. The location of the meeting has been changed to the General District Court Room, Surry County Government Center, 45 School Street, Surry, Virginia. The scheduled date of the Annual Assessment meeting remains April 3, 2003; however, the time is now 10:00 a.m. (EST). The meeting will be an open meeting in accordance with NRCs Policy Statement for Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings, May 28, 2002 (Federal Register Volume 67, Number 102, Pages 36920-36924).
