- Doug, The draft preliminary is in technical review prior to concurrence. So, I know I can do my part on that schedule. We'll have to see how the concurrence and stakeholder involvement schedules shake out, before I know how comfortable I am in predicting that they will be finished with me by 9/30 Steve

Steve Per the attached, Bob Pulsipher is putting together his monthly TIA status memo The last time we spoke schedule you indicated SPSB completion by 8/30102 and I entered NRR completion by 9/30102. How comfortable do you feel with these dates?
