- Mike, Here's my suggested words to paste into your e-mail invitation:
Before beginning the concurrence process for the SDP report for the Davis-Besse performance deficiency, we are performing a technical review of the draft analysis. Steve Long has distributed draft copies of the analysis to each of you We requested either review of particular sections where he has used your inputs or, by some, a review of the overall approach and the logic used for quantification.
Please provide your comments directly back to Steve as soon as you can In addition, I am requesting your participation in a meeting to provide an opportunity to discuss the draft and gauge the degree of technical concensus on the analysis and results. The meeting will be in Room 09-B6 at 1 pm on Tuesday, August 13th Thank you all for your assistance and cooperation Addresses should be:
