Response to Rlil SSA RAts Doug Previously, we had discussed providing the responses to the Region III request for additional information regarding the Safety Significance Assessment (SSA) on June 7, except for question 1.d which would take longer. Unfortunately, Ken Byrd, who has a significant portion of this overall work, was out of the office and does not expect to be in the office next week (his wife has taken ill unexpectedly and is in the intensive care unit). Engineering expects to be able to answer only a portion of the questions by June 7, but may be able to provide the remaining responses by June 17. This is being assessed by Engineering as to how to complete these as soon as possible, under the circumstances
