- Mark, Walley also got a copy of this e-mail I am sending it on to the others I know are interested. We have all seen it before. It is just the 1/2" grid overlay on the exposed clad area The licensee says this is the latest and most detailed info they have. With respect to the thickness, this e-mail does not include any
- information on that parameter. I'm sure the licensee doesn't have any new data on that, yet. Do you alrady know what to use, or do we need a rsend of that info, too?

Nozzle 3 Cavity Exposed Cladding Area Doug During the May 28 1400 hr conference call, we discussed the measurements to be used in the exposed cladding calculations and the need to ensure the NRC staff and us were discussing the same grid. Below is the previous e-mail I sent you regarding the scaled grid drawing of the Nozzle 3 cavity exposed cladding area that we used. SIA calculations were somewhat conservative in that a slightly larger area of 20.5 sq inches was actually used.

Nozzle 3 Cavity Exposed Cladding Area Stephen On the Friday April 26, 2002, 1400 hr phone call Bill Cullen requested a scaled drawing of the Nozzle 3 cavity exposed cladding area. He will be providing this to his contractors.
Attached is a scaled drawing on a one-half inch square grid. If you or Bill have any questions, please let me know.
