- Mark, Carol and Walley did receive this e-mail I was able to unzip the pdf file, after 2 very long waits, but was not able to use it. It doesn't display correctly (elements overlap) and I could not display beyond the first page. Pete Riccardelo wrote the paper, so getting a hard copy shouldn't be too difficult.

Fwd: ASME Paper on Elasto-Plastic Analysis of Constrained Disk Burst Tests As discussed during yesterday's telecon with the Davis-Besse licensee and contractors, the attached ASME paper has been provided for our use.
I am only providing the attached to those present during yesterday's telecon and selected others because the file is simply tough to open. As indicated in the attached, the licensee couldn't open it and neither could I.
Allen - Let me know if we need the licensee to FedEx a hard copy of the attached.
