This letter is in response to a March 4, 2003, letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission from U.S. Senator Trent Lott. Senator Lotts letter forwarded two letters from Mr. John OHara (these letters were faxed to Mr. Seelinger of your staff on March 24, 2003).
