- Doug, You missed the point. We already told you the date was no good. We are already working on getting a better date, with RES input. My point is that I can't put the TAC # in my TRIM without accepting the date.
If you want me ti use that TAC, change close date to 8/31/02, or I can't use it. To do so would be accepting the "pressure" that you acknowledge I am being put under Besides, the proper date for closing this TAC is not the date that I issue a preliminary risk assessment The process requires me todefend it in multiple venues over 90 day period.
So, change the TAC date now Steve

Steve I received your email regarding schedule for the TIA We're going to receive a lot of pressure from Region III on completing the TIA and people will be pointing at our schedule. Tony Mendiola recommends that your management sign the TIA, tell us that the June 14 date is not good (if that is the case), and provide us with a realistic date that you expect to meet Doug
