- Mark, I found I do NOT have a saved PDF file (I must have been given a hard copy again. But it is ML021010164 in ADAMS. Hopefully, your rudimentary ADAMS skills are sufficient to download it with that big a clue. If not, let me know.

ýJ ý1it-I'm pretty sure you have it It's the third attachment to a FENOC letter dated April 8, 2002, subject "Safety Significance Assessment of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1 Reactor Vessel Head Degradation." The first attachment was the SIA report titled "Elastic-Plastic Finite Element Stress Analysis of Davis-Besse RPV Head Wastage Cavity." The second attachment was the non-proprietary version of the first attachment You may have focused on those and missed or forgotten that the third attachment is the "Safety Assessment of the Davis-Besse Reactor Vessel Head Corrosion."
If you don't have it, it's in ADAMS or I can e-mail you a version Steve

What is the "FENOC Cavity PSA" document to which you refer? Either i don't have it, or i don't know what it is... can you please forward me a copy?
