Re: PB AFW procedures
- Mike, It is warmer but not much clearer. We have had rain and clouds most of the time that we have been here.
As far as the CAP. Is it different than the one that was written by EP? There is another CAP that was written by Fritzie to look at the Temp change process. I included the number in the report information that I sent you. I do not think that I have reviewed the CAP that you are talking about. I will look at it on Monday when I get back. If you will leave a copy on my dsek I will try to have any commemts done prior to your arrival.

- Mike, how's TTC? I'm there the first week in December. Anyway, I was working on the AFW inspection and ran across CA026909, which was for an independent evaluation of procedure changes being made to the EOPs and AOPs. The evaluation was to be done by Tom Coutu, the Kewaunee site-VP, and Kevin Davison, the Kewaunee training manager. Their evaluation was completed Nov 4 and recommended that the licensee also make changes to surveillance procedures (ITs) and the startup procedures (OPs).
