Bob, One more update based on a comment I got from Ken O'Brien (a DRS member of the SIT). It would be more accurate to update one of the risk assessment slides to read;

1. The recirculation orifices have been installed on a staggered basis.

-Ul TDAFW Pump recirc orifice installed October 2002.

-Both MDAFW Pumps recirc orifices installed in November2001.

-Unit 2 TDAFW Pump recirc orifice installed in May 2002.

-Common Mode failure exposure time for Unit 1 is - 1 month. Common Mode failure exposure time Unit 2 is - 5 months.

This better portrays the time when the 3 AFWPs capable of feeding each Unit all had the recirc orifices installed that were susceptible to plugging. The previous numbers of 23 months etc, may convey a false sense of the common mode failure exposure time.
