TS LCO 3.7.5 not met for Units 1 and 2 due to P-38A Motor Driven Aux Feed Pump being inoperable for scheduled maintenence Entering TSAC 3 7.5 C 7 days and 10 days from discovery to complete Required Action C.1.

Lowering power on U-2 to 98% per OP-2A (normal power operation) to allow P-38A aux feed pump testing

Commence IT-1 0 (Test of Electrically Dnven Auxiliary Feed Pumps and Valves (Quarterly). P-38A remains OOS per IT-10. Tech Spec LCO 3.7.5 is still not met for both Units. Lee Stock and Steve Johnson established as level 4 dedicated operators to perform actions in IT-10 attachment J if required. Unit 1 turbine EH control trouble shooting complete. Unit released to increase load to 96% as previously determined by Reactor Engineering for the performance of additional flux mapping prior to returning to full load. Due to IT-10 in progress, target load for Unit 1 will be 94% until aux feed testing is complete to meet conditions stated in IT-10. [Hall, Mark - 3rd License - Station Log - Mid Shift]
Unit 2 - Received 'HP FEEDWATER HEATER 5A OR B LEVEL HIGH OR LOW" alarm (2C03 2F 4-11).
